Our 2009-2010 season, Discover the
Treasure, promises plenty of priceless
productions. We invite you to join us on an exciting journey
filled with lots of laughter, and maybe even a few tears, as
we travel from the Ol' South, through Amish country in
Pennsylvania, all the way to Chappaqua, New York in an array
of cherished shows that offer something for everyone.
Once again, all of this season's outstanding original artwork is
created by local 18-year-old artist Michelle McElree. Look
for Michelle's artwork at various other theatres around the
metroplex. Her paintings will be on display and for sale in the Theatre Arlington lobby
during the

Preview Nights!
Every
Thursday evening prior to the opening Friday of each show,
patrons may watch the dress rehearsal of the show for $5 on
a first come, first served basis.
Tickets are only sold at
the door.
(Please note: Preview nights are not available for youth
shows.)

Family Musical
A
timeless musical based on the beloved classic by Mark
Twain. Music and lyrics by Roger Miller accompany the
irrepressible Huck Finn down the mighty Mississippi
as he helps his friend, Jim,
escape slavery and find freedom.

STUART LITTLE
Nov. 6 – 15, 2009
All Youth Play
Adapted
by Joseph Robinette. Based on the book by E.B. White.
This
endearing classic, valued by children of all ages,
chronicles the adventures of a charming mouse named
Stuart who is born into a New York family and must
learn to survive in a “real-people’s" world.

THE MUSICAL COMEDY
MURDERS OF 1940

this side-splittingly funny satire, a creative team
meets at a potential backer’s wealthy estate to
pitch a new Broadway show. During their visit, members
of the group begin to drop dead one by one at the
hands of a mysterious “slasher.” Trapped by a snow
storm, panic, chaos and hilarity ensue as accusations
are made and eventually the mystery is solved.
