    Jacque Campbell
Jacque has been performing since the age of 3 when she had her first tap solo. She was a child actress in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area on stage, where she toured as “Annie” in Annie and in commercials and t.v. spots including Mr. Peppermint. She toured with The Miss Texas Pageant for several years, performing production numbers at pageants across the state and was the guest performer at the 1979 televised Miss Texas Pageant. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in acting with a minor in speech communication from The University of Texas at Arlington. While there, she was a constant on their stage and a member of the nationally ranked speech team, where she was a four-time Texas State Best Performer and a National Champion. She holds a Master’s degree in theater from The University of North Texas. She taught theater and speech communications and coached the speech team at UTA for six years. She was on staff as a professional actress and teacher at Casa Mañana Theatre in Fort Worth for 10 years before moving to Houston for a short hiatus. While in Houston, she was an acting teacher and musical theater workshop instructor at Applause Theater. She has performed in theaters all over Texas. Some of her award-winning performances include: Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors, Sister Robert Anne in Nunsense, Jesse Mae in Trip to Bountiful, Sandy in Grease, Bananas in The House of Blue Leaves, Lily in Annie, Shelby in Steele Magnolias, Babe in Crimes of the Heart and Sister Elizabeth Donderstock in The Book of Liz. She now lives in Fort Worth with her best productions – her kids Alex, Brannan and Chandler Rose. Jacque teaches theater workshops, classes, and private lessons and gets on stage whenever she can!
