Is this a movie theater?
No. We are a live theater in downtown Arlington.
What are your office hours?
Mon. through Fri. 10:30 am - 5:30 pm; Saturday during productions 10 am - 1 pm

The daytime box office is located at 316 W. Main St. across the street from the
theater.

About Our Shows
How many shows do you do a year?
We do nine shows - musicals, comedies, dramas, youth shows. There is truly
something for everyone.
Is it reserved seating or open seating?
Reserved seating. Theatre Arlington has a 199 seat theater.
Are reservations required?
Reservations are recommended but not required.
What is your refund policy?
No refunds or exchanges. All sales are FINAL.
Will my tickets be mailed?
No. Your tickets will be left at Will Call and may be picked up one hour
prior to show time. You must arrive no later that 15 minutes prior to show time
or risk having your tickets released to those on the waiting list. You may also
pick up your tickets at the day time box office during regular box office hours
at 316 W. Main St. Monday through Friday 10:30 am to 5:30 pm.
What is the dress code for the theater?
There is no dress code. Most of our patrons dress casually nice to dressy.
Do you allow lap children at your shows?
Due to fire code laws, lap children are NOT allowed. We do not allow
children under the age of 3 to our shows.
What happens if I will be late for the show?
Theatre Arlington has a strict no late seating policy. Once the show has
begun, there is no late seating.
May I take pictures or record the shows?
Cameras and recording devices are prohibited in the theater.
Is there food available?
Concessions are available for sale before the show and at intermission. Food
and drinks are NOT allowed inside the theater.
Are there discounts for groups?
For groups of 10 or more, there is a 20% for all performances. Reserve your
seats in advance. A 20% deposit is due at time or reservation. Final numbers and payment
are due 1-2 weeks prior to

Will you hold a reservation and let me pay at the door?
A reservation will not be held without payment unless you are a season
subscriber or making a reservation for a group.

MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover
Is there a charge for phone and online reservations?
There is a $1.50 per ticket convenience charge for all phone and online
reservations. Click
here to purchase tickets. This fee is waived for tickets purchased at the door or at the
daytime box office.
I'm a season subscriber? Do I have to pay a convenience charge to reserve my
tickets?
No. The convenience charge is only for single tickets. Click

How do we ask for donated tickets for our fundraiser?
You must be a 501(c)3 group and the gift certificate shall be used to help raise
funds for your organization. Submit a letter of request on letterhead with a
contact name and phone number. Direct to the attention of Emmy Klein, Box Office
Manager. Drop by, mail, fax (817-275-3370) or email (emmy@theatrearlington.org).
If we are able to process your request, we will call for you to come by and pick
up the gift certificate.
Do you rent props and costumes?
Yes. Please contact Ana Pettit, Production & Facilities Manager at 817-261-9628
x42 or ana@theatrearlington.org
to make an appointment. Appointment times are
with an appointment Tuesdays between noon and 2 pm and other times by special
arrangement with Ana.
* You must have a confirmed appointment to borrow or
return props and costumes. A deposit may be required. A restocking fee may be
incurred.
